Meditation Clips Here For You
How to Meditate? Why Meditate? What is the life that we have really about, and what’s it made up of? And how does it help us gain more self-knowledge, enlightenment, cosmic energy, inner peace and an unshakeable Self? Questions questions, questions. Asked and answered through various sources we have in abundance now in this our modern age. These You Tube Videos are a lovely visual course on some of these issues. They don’t all amount to all my views I must add, but I am very open to ideas on spirituality, and am benefiting from them alot. Alongside of course, my raw food lifestyle, my Nichiren Buddhist practice (which involves a twice daily chanting meditation of the mantra Nam Myoho Renge Kyo); my Nutritional Healing practice: my Emotional Freedom Techniques practice: and my fascination on The Teachings of Abraham. Resources I am now accessing as extra tools to clean up my vibration.
Gosh, in this current time of history, we are so fortunate to have all the resources we have on hand to expand our knowingness, have lots of opportunities and experiences, training and fun like we have never had before in history, don’t you think? We must have conscious choosen to be born on the planet at this special unique time of history (right through 2012 and beyond), to be a part of the expanded knowingness of humanity and the universe, at this stage of our evolution. Hope you like the You Tube course that I have gathered here. How to Meditate (spread over parts 1-11)
What About Chants?
The sound vibrations of chanting can make me want to contemplate and be still. And yet stir up inspiration from the depths within me, like a force field. It’s as if something in side wants to well up and will gently burst through, giving birth to something great and profound – trying to create something. It leaves me feeling quite expansive and yet filled with gratitude. Wanting to say ‘thank you’. For what? Everything…
“Thank you for all that I have. Thank you for all that I am receiving. Thankyou for all that I’ve got, thank you for all that I’m now getting. Thank you for all that I know, and thank you for all that I am learning. Thank you for all that I’ve tried, and thank you for all that I’m now achieving. Thank you for all of nature’s live- foods gifts, and thank you for the abundance I’m eating every day now. Not forgetting – thank for all that I love, and thank you for all that is loving me unconditionally. Thank you too for money I have, and thank you for all money that is coming. Thank you all of my seeking up to this point, for there is so so much that I am finding. Thank you for all that I am – and thank you for all that I am becoming…”
Chanting Meditation Practice
My personal daily spiritual practice for the last 13 years has been a chanting meditation based on Nichiren Daishonin’s Buddhism, a Japanese 13th century Buddhism that I love and really resonate with, lead by Peace Leader and President, Daisaku Ikeda. I do it to bring out my Buddha nature, and the world of Buddhahood that is within me, and is also within the lives of all people. Chanting these words (Nam Myoho Renge Kyo, the name of the Law of the Universe) as a meditation, effectively puts you more in rhythm with the universe; enlightens you as to who you really are and your own unique mission in life; polishes your character; and helps you raise your vibration to the highest life-state of a human being. I love the chant, it’s like a humming song, I bet the universe sounds just like this if we just silence ourselves and really listen. It is great and invigorating, along with attending meetings and chanting with other people. Have a watch of a brief meeting; the sounds of the beautiful chanting sequence called Gongyo; and Tina Turner’s experience.
