Louisa, what can I say? Loved today. You are inspirational. Absolutely loved the raw chocolate dipping sauce (in case you hadn’t noticed – good job you were all there or else I would have scoffed the lot!) and the pie - yum yum, in fact everything. I am dying to get cracking making some of those recipes for myself”.

FRUIT SALAD RAINBOW

And what’s your feelings about raw icecream? Have you tasted a good one yet? No, then try this!
PUDDING DELISH

Cacao Dip
2 Avocados, 1/4 cup Cacao powder, 2 tbsp Raw Agave Nectar, 1tsp Vanilla.
Blend to a thick velvetly sauce, and serve in a cute circular open bowl with fresh strawberries wraps all the way around it for dipping. I would suggest that you find someone you fancy to eat it with, then you may find you’ve found your bliss…
BITTER/SWEET CHOCOLATE TRUFFLE
1/2 cup Melted Cocao Butter, 1/2 cup Grounded Cashew nuts, 1/2 cup Agave Nectar, (blend to silky smooth). Add to the mix 1/2 cup Grounded cocao nibs, 1/2 cup carob powder. Blend well, roll into balls, coat each one with Cocao powder, chill in the fridge a few hours. When serving, dab a ball into a tiny bowl of Agave as a sweet dip as you eat. (Very luxurious, enjoy the pleasure of it).

Video
Once you can get pass kevin Gianni’s preamble rant, which he does on most of his video clippings (aaahhhh bless him), you get to watch the making of one of Shazzie’s lovely desserts. Published in the book Naked Chocolate that she co-wrote with David Woolfe. This is a lovey simple tasty raw pie that I want you to look at, and have a go at trying it for yourself. See how really easy it is to make your own healthy pastry/cakes etc, that are also faithful to being a raw food.
