What To Expect
Over the next few months one to two Workshops course will run in the course of any given month, usually on a sunday. This will often be increased in the spring/summers months, whilst there is the demand, and whilst we have all the light and the sunshine. It is a good optimum time of the year and climate, to support your transition to raw. Upcoming dates from May to September are schedule on this blog, and also on my rawteacher.com/louiseeyo website which can be visited here via the link below. I offer 4 varying workshops around the Raw Food philosophy, food prep, healing, and lifestyle which I have listed here as a service to you. And I also hold consultations and coaching for those who want individual support, and to go the journey to well-ness with supervision. This route I thoroughly recommend to people when you know you want to make real changes for yourself.

Raw Smoothie Workshop
For those who want to increase their knowledge of quick and easy, fast food smoothies to their routine, that givs them some more choice to what they can create already. Also that they perhaps introduce to the kids or a friend who pots round for a ‘cup of tea’. A great ways to gently dip your toes into the water of raw food eating for a breakfast or a lunch. That beds you in gently into making small changes that, at the same time, increase your portions of fruits and vegetables in a really tasty, sustaining and joyful way.

A Beginners Guide To Making Your Own Raw Chocolate
Eating raw food? Living on Live Foods but missing the confectionary favourites of your cooked food past? Alissa Cohen’s Living On Live Food – Level 1 Chef Certificate
If you have a desire for more of the Raw Food Diet, would like to expand your repertoire of recipes, and concentrate on the making of a range of healthy, delicious, gourmet meals? Why not try a sweet granola breakfast cereal, stuffed mushrooms or bell peppers, veggie wraps, pates, spagetti salad, fruit pie, cheesecake, some raw chocolate? You can enjoy watchingthem being prepared before your eyes and taste these meals for yourself, to build into your basic juice, smoothies, and salad foundation. Develop further your creativity around raw food that suits your schedule. Recipes are based on the Alissa Cohen’s delicious Living On Live Food programme, which is beautifully presented, tasty, and fun. Your will also go on to receive a Living On Live Food Chef Certificate sortly after comlpeting the workshop. Come and check it out. THE ART OF DEHYDRATING FOODS AS A TECHHNIQUE TO FURTHER GOURMET RECIPES
This course involves learning new raw food textures to expand your food choices using the Excaliber dehydrator, Offering the making of more textured, drier foods – for when you need that crisp-crunch taste and sensation in your diet, particularly during transitioning of the diet. This two day weekend (5hr per each day) workshop goes beyond the previous Level 1 Raw Chef recipes, into more complex gourmet raw food preparation. This workshop prepare you to use simple Dehydrating techniques, that include Superfoods, Sprouting ingredients and grains for those who like them. 6-8 recipes that produce foods like crackers, breads, enchiladas, burgers, meat balls, falfafels, quiches, and pizza, fruit leathers. Recipes tasting is included in this class, and to take some home for later. For these interented students, you would need to possess the temperature-controlled dehydrator equipment soon after to be able to put your theory into practice and produce your own enyzme preserved raw cuisine. My teaching usually takes place in small groups to allow open sharing and bonding. Workshops however, are also available as a one to one private personal tutoring class. I do private consultations as a Living on Live Food Instructor (for individual support and one to one care). I am a Freelance Nutritional Healing Practitioner (NHF Dip), and College Tutor in ‘the art of healing’ – for the Nutritional Healing Foundation School founded by the company Nutriheal. I find this supports a raw food programme perfectly, for those interested in wanting extra context to their health issues, and more support resolving those issues along the way. The human cells that make up who we are have the innate ability to heal themselves, if the environment we give it is right. Our willingness to appreciating this is the best context in which to create real changes towards our well-being. Nutritional Healing truly gives a person that opportunity if they want it
